Top: Karl Taylor winner and Joanna Gascoigne-Owens, first female.
Above: the Shucksmith family with baby Albert completed the course in memory of WW2 veteran Albert Shucksmith, who in 2010, aged 91, was the oldest participant to complete the race.

A spokeswoman told The Ambler “Over 300 ran in fantastic conditions; this year on a reversed course. We have had positive feedback on the new course and lots of families enjoyed the sunshine and had picnics”

The race was held on the Bank Holiday weekend and was officially started by Cllr Scott Dickinson.
