BMW vandalised in Amble, information sought
Amble Neighbourhood Police Team have issued this request for information:
On Friday 16th August, 2013 a black BMW was parked unattended on Queen Street between Tesco and the Co operative funeral parlour between 2:45 pm and 3:30 pm.
Whilst parked, the BMW badge was prised from the bonnet of the vehicle and stolen, causing deep scratches to the paintwork.
There were numerous members of the public in the area at the time and it is likely that someone saw the incident but may not have realised a crime was being committed. If anyone has any information regarding this matter please contact PC 8962 O’Keefe of Amble Neighbourhood Policing Team.
