ali baba and the forty theivesImagine you are in ancient Baghdad where love, music and dance mingle uneasily with thievery, treachery and stupidity, and you have the perfect backdrop for a highly entertaining show.

Ben Crocker’s version of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves gets the Warkworth Drama Group treatment with a panto full of fun and laughter, and thrills, squeals and spills.

Directed by Antonia Hoskins, Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves will be staged at the Warkworth Memorial Hall on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11, 12 and 13 December at 7.30pm with a matinee show at 2.30pm on the Saturday.
