shorebase-boatsCoquet Shorebase Trust’s new building at Druridge Bay Country Park will be open for business from the Mayday weekend.

Drop in to see how you can get involved.  On Monday 5th, you can come and try an activity on the Lake between 11am and 4pm – £3 for around 20 mins on the water (you may get a bit wet round the edges).

The Windsurfing, Canoeing and Sailing Club will be starting their summer programmes now – come and find out how you can join – it doesn’t cost much, and you don’t need any special clothing or equipment as we provide it all for a small hire fee.  All of them run junior sections.

We are also running a come and try it session on the Little Shore during the Puffin Festival (Weds 28th, 1.30 – 5pm), and a chance to paddle the estuary up to Warkworth and beyond on Friday 30th – 5.30 – 8pm  (£25).

Make this the year you get afloat.. check our webpage for more information (coquetshorebase.org.uk)
