TOILET REFURBISHMENT PROGRAMME
Councillors have met with officers of the County Council to discuss a better provision than originally intended for both sets of toilets in Amble. This will most likely come at an extra cost to which Amble Town Council may be expected to contribute. As the block most in need of improvement, temporary toilets have been installed next to the Harbour location until work there is complete. The toilets in the town centre remain open for use presently but will have temporary ones installed when work commences there. It is expected that work will last into late Summer.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________FULL COUNCIL MEETINGS
Our monthly meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month and start at 6pm. These meetings are open to the public and there is a section at the start of every meeting for residents to raise concerns or ask for something to be considered. If you don’t have anything you would like to raise you are still welcome to come along to observe and find out about what we are doing.
