Heron Foods to take over Amble’s old Co-op store
Heron Foods has today announced that the current Amble store will be moving to a new unit at at the top of Queen Street on Thursday 23 October.

They have also announced an opening day treat – the first 100 customers who spend £15 or more will be offered a £5 voucher. Promotional leaflets will be distributed to local households with coupons and offers and customers can sign up for exclusive deals at heronfoods.com/signup.
A spokesperson from Heron Foods said: “We’re thrilled to be re-locating on Thursday 23 October. Heron Foods stores add to the local community, so we’re delighted to be refreshing the store, and we look forward to welcoming customers through the doors.”

The store will stock the staple products customers have enjoyed over the years; however, there will be some new additions, with a food to go meal deal and much more.
The current store will stay open until the new one opens on Thursday 23 October.
Heron’s new premises was previously the Co-op food store, which closed earlier this year.
