Bonfire safety poster winners

CSO Darin Fawcett gave Safety on Bonfire Night presentations at all the First Schools at Amble and Warkworth, and gave out prizes to some of the children. Alnwick and District Round Table had donated Family passes for the Firework Display at Alnwick Rugby Club, Saturday 5th November.
Warkworth First School: pictures of bonfire night competition winners were Ruby Barrass and Joseph Embleton.
Amble County First School: bonfire night safety posters competition winners were Lauren Conning and Evie Rogers.
Amble Links First School: Angelina Morrison and Michael Brown were commended for their excellent attention paid during assembly presentations on bonfire night safety.
St Cuthberts First School: pictures of bonfire night/model firework competition winners were Scarlett Brown and Sophie Mole.
CSO Darin Fawcett said “I would like to thank Adam Lambert of Alnwick and District Round Table who have donated family passes to Amble/Warkworth schools for the previous three years regarding our safety initiative. I believe the children should be made aware of the dangers of fireworks so they can enjoy themselves on Bonfire Night without coming to any harm”.
