 Celebrate May Day with a workshop about wild food and foraging. Explore the opportunities for gathering food from forest, field and hedgerow, and find out how to use them in delicious recipes.

 Includes a walk in Alnwick to identify spring plants in the ‘outdoor larder’ on our doorstep.

Anna Corbett is an experienced forager, and is often to be found eating ‘weeds’! Come and find out more, meet others with similar interests and learn new skills at an informal & fascinating workshop.
