Bryan is first past the post
Queen Street’s Post Office was first in the queue to benefit from an offer to upgrade its facilities. The improvements were officially opened by Sir Alan Beith MP. The branch now boasts more facilities, longer opening hours and a new look interior.
Postmaster Bryan Hewson said “When I heard about the upgrade opportunities, I said I want to be the first in the North. If you don’t change things, you’re going backwards.”
