Drop-in surgeries for council tenants

Posted on 11th December 2013 | in Community , Northumberland County Council

Homes for Northumberland will be holding a new housing surgery which will provide customers with the opportunity to discuss any guidance or support needed.
Neighbourhood Liaison Officer Julian Whitley will be on hand to offer expert support and advice on a wide range of problems from managing rent accounts to reporting repairs, including neighbourhood problems such as anti-social behaviour.

Samantha Mason, director of neighbourhood services at Homes for Northumberland, said: “The drop-in sessions will be held throughout our neighbourhoods. Customer feedback helps us develop and improve our service.

“We are delighted to launch this new service and hope that our customers will find this a valuable tool to help address any queries or issues they may have.”

Surgeries for Amble residents will be held 2pm-4pm at 9 Kennedy Road in the Community Room  on 28th January, 25th February and 5th March.
