Cheque for NECCR
Mayor Craig Weir presented the the students at JCSC who had taken part in the John O’Groats challenge in aid of NECCR (North East Children’s Cancer Research) with a cheque for £100.
The money is still coming in and donations are still being made on-line but so far, with the kind addition from Amble Town Council the total is well on the way to hitting £700. More events are planned.
