Sailing for the disabled

Following an invitation from Britain’s Friendliest Port, Wetwheels Yorkshire will travel up the coast in late June 2019 to Amble Marina and spend a full week running trips in the area.
Wetwheels Yorkshire is a specially adapted, fully accessible, power catamaran which, through a series of amazing adaptations, is designed to enable people with disabilities to access the sea.
The safe, adventurous and fun trips are staffed by specially trained volunteers and everyone is able to access the helm and can be invited to steer the boat! We are now seeking suitable user groups to make our visit a success. See www.wetwheelsyorkshire.com for more details.
