On 23 March it will be exactly one year since the first lockdown. As we know, in this last year there have been numerous stories of good deeds, some of personal struggle, and most, if not all of us, have had challenges to contend with.

To commemorate this last year, Amble Youth Project would like to put up an exhibition featuring your stories of how people in Amble have been affected by Coronavirus and the lockdowns.

Entitled: ‘Our Community and Covid-19’, the display will be held on 23 March, from 10am – 5pm, in the Youth Project’s new tipi which will be moved to the skatepark at the Welfare for the duration of the event. Entry will be Covid – compliant, with visitors limited at any one time.
