Welcome to Amble’s new vicar
Revd Rachael Dines is the new Priest-in-Charge of St Cuthbert’s, Amble and St John’s, Chevington. Revd Dines was officially licensed by the Bishop of Newcastle, Right Revd Dr Helen-Ann Hartley, at a service on 3 July.

People had travelled from different parts of the British Isles, including Edinburgh and Jersey, and from Norfolk, Revd Dines’ previous parish.

Clergy from the Diocese of Newcastle and Alnwick Deanery took part in the ceremony, and afterwards Revd Dines met many members of the congregations of St Cuthbert’s and St John’s.
