Your health is your wealth
It has been a year since the re-launch of In Sync. Previously situated in Ashington, the Holistic Therapy and Physiotherapy Clinic established itself in Amble last year.
In Sync’s founder, Hazel Small, engaged in a business partnership with physiotherapist Rebecca Broderick and they haven’t looked back. They would like to thank the residents of Amble and surrounding areas for a warm welcome and much appreciated custom.
Hazel, previously a registered nurse, is familiar with many physical and emotional problems and uses nursing experience along with sports and remedial therapy, electrical modalities and holistic therapies to relieve problems. One to one sessions of level three Pilates are available for postural analysis and to create individual exercise plans to improve posture, core strength and flexibility, to help prevent injury.
Rebecca has had many years of experience as a physiotherapist in hospital settings, privately and abroad. She may use manual therapies, ultra sound and/or acupuncture in her care plan.
Acupuncture can also be used in the treatment of stress related conditions as well as physical problems. Rebecca’s use of clinical pilates differs in that it is used in rehabilitation after injury/physical trauma to re-establish stability.
Sometimes patients are in pain/discomfort and/or have some degree of immobility but, they aren’t always sure which therapy will be best for them to get them back on track. Rest assured, you can have an informal chat with Hazel or Rebecca and they will ensure you are provided with the most appropriate treatment for you and given the best possible care.
Why don’t you address these aches and pains today? Make a New Year’s resolution to look after yourself and create a new you.!
Furthermore, why not re-boot your energy system after the holidays and detox with a colonic?
Colonic Hydrotherapy is not only used for constipation but to relieve other digestive problems. The consultation is in depth to make sure the treatment is appropriate for the individual; to help identify the causes of the problems and address any underlying health issues; to offer specific advice to the individual patient.
If you are unsure if this therapy can benefit you, please call Hazel for an informal chat and to view the colonic set-up.
For more information on treatment view www.getinsync.co.uk It is best to phone for an appointment as both therapists may be on home visits so the clinic may not always be open.
