I’m concerned about quad bikes, e scooters and other off road vehicles being ridden in places particularly like The Line behind the doctor’s surgery. This is a footpath not a road. I’ve seen electric scooters round town being ridden by teenagers without any helmets on. I once witnessed a quad bike being driven down the industrial estate in a very careless manner in the ice, narrowly missing a car with his face covered up.
