Impressive medal haul for Amble kickboxers

Three local kickboxers from Hybrid Kickboxing in Amble brought home medals from the World Kickboxing Association Scottish Open in November.
Will Tweddell, in his first ever competition, came home with an excellent Silver medal in Low Kick Kickboxing. Denys Suchko came home with a Siver in Low Kick Kickboxing and a Bronze in Boxing. This was Denys’s second competition. Liam Short, in his second competition, came home with a Gold medal in Low Kick Kickboxing and a Silver in Boxing.
All three lads are in their first year of training at Hybrid Kickboxing Amble and were up against competitors from the three biggest Martial arts Gyms in Scotland.
Hybrid head coach Adam White said “This was a major achievement for these young lads and the club itself.”
