If you spend time looking after someone who depends on you because they are ill, frail or disabled, Carers Northumberland can support you.

They can provide practical and emotional support and information. This includes local carer support groups where carers can socialise and share experiences in a supportive environment; information service with a telephone helpline, newsletter and website for carers; trips and days out, therapy and pamper days to give carers a break and help them relax; locally based staff who can provide one to one support; the Carer Support Fund provides resources to help carers take a break or enjoy a hobby; carers Emergency Card for peace of mind in an emergency.
